Founder of Polymath Consulting, a leading payments and fintech consultancy, David is also is active as a Chairman/ INED/ Advisor to a number of Fintechs including: KYP, Swiipr, Hands In, WAC and Itemize. He is involved in the development and consultation processes in the UK around Open Banking representing The Payments Association on a number of the working groups. Known for his forward-thinking approach in the financial sector, his deep expertise helps organisations leverage fintech to optimise financial processes, particularly in expense management/BPO.

Thibaud is the CEO of Mobilexpense. He is specialised in strategic insights and growth solutions for SaaS and digital platforms. Leveraging over 15 years of multi-national experience with industry pioneers, including SAP and IBM, he has a passion for supporting emerging innovators as they approach new challenges. Christian Elsaesser
Since 2019 Christian has been the Manager Director & Partner at expenseBrain. For 15+ years, he managed functions and teams in both BCD Travel and former BTI Central Europe. His focus areas are selecting and implementing expense management tools, TMCs and other distribution partners for his clients. He and his team provide a variety of services around tool- and service-partner implementations, and supplier sourcing, sustainability management, policy reviews and strategy definition.
Chris Mansson
Chris is a seasoned networker and passionate entrepreneur with over a decade of experience in digital product development. He excels in SaaS, sales strategies, CRM implementation, marketing automation, and customer service platforms. Currently, he drives business growth as the Business Development Manager at Mobilexpense.
Bas Janssen
Bas Janssen is the Head of Strategic Initiatives at Mobilexpense Group, where he leads critical innovations, including Mobilexpense Credit Cards, CO2 capture and reporting initiatives. He founded Declaree, which became a key part of Mobilexpense Group in 2019.
Julien Le Terrien
Julien has been with Mobilexpense for nearly a decade, currently being our Chief Customer Officer. Julien has been instrumental in developing the company's customer success department and strategy. He's driven initiatives that ensure unparalleled customer support and satisfaction.
Rolf Tjalsma
Rolf is Chief Marketing Officer at Mobilexpense group and Chief Revenue Officer for the Expense brand.
He is a trained data analyst and digital marketing expert, spending most of his career in fintech companies. Before going into marketing he build an expense management system that was later replaced by Mobilexpense.

The Expense Summit 2024 is an online event focused on helping finance professionals and business leaders optimise their expense management, learn strategic finance techniques, and discover the latest fintech trends. It's designed to provide actionable insights to improve business financial strategies.
The event will be held online on the 10th of October, from 9:00 AM to 1:30 PM. You can join from anywhere with an internet connection.
No, The Expense Summit 2024 is free to attend, but registration is required to secure your spot and access the event materials.
Simply click the "Register now" button or go to the form at the bottom of the page. Fill out your details, and you’ll receive a confirmation email with instructions on how to join the event.
Attendees will be able to attend a cooking masterclass as well as receive exclusive discounts from top brands in a digital goodie bag with additional resources and offers.
Once you’ve registered, make sure you have a stable internet connection on the day of the event. You’ll receive login details in advance, so all you need to do is tune in and be ready to absorb valuable insights on finance and expense management!
