GREEN Real Estate had the potential to enhance the efficiency of their expense report processing. All employee expenses required documentation with receipts, which were manually entered into an Excel file on a monthly basis. Subsequently, the Excel document was printed for signatures, scanned, and sent via email to the accounting department.
The lack of organisation in the individual receipt explanations created additional time-consuming steps in the financial process.
