Pain points and challenges

When a new management team was appointed at Mosa, the request to find a solution for digital expense reporting quickly arose. The members of the new management team were already accustomed to this. They were very surprised to learn that we were still manually transcribing and sorting receipts and using expense report forms. There was still a lot to gain in terms of working more efficiently!

Mosa invited three companies for a product demonstration. What convinced Mosa to choose Mobilexpense was the displayed enthusiasm and the fact that Mobilexpense is a young, innovative, and fast-growing organisation. Expense management requirements

  • It must be a user-friendly tool so that all employees can easily use it. 
  • Full support for corporate credit cards, including automated reconciliation. 
  • It should be integrated with the Oracle EBS ERP system.

An overview of all requirements was created in advance, making it clear what both parties could expect from each other. The only
initial uncertainty was regarding the processing of export data in Mosa's Oracle ERP system. Mobilexpense provided Mosa with excellent guidance in this regard, to great satisfaction.
 

Impact

In the Netherlands, Mosa has been using Mobilexpense for a few years now, and feedback from employees indicates that the tool works well and that the processing of expense reports is now much faster in all aspects.
