Impact
Employees noticed a significant difference in the speed of reimbursement. If an expense report is submitted on Wednesday, it can often be included in the payments by Friday of the same week.
The paperwork has been reduced, and digital expense submission is much more modern. Mileage claims can be quickly entered and processed in the payroll administration. Finally, having a clear view of the remaining balance in the Work-Related Expenses Scheme (WKR) adds an extra layer of convenience to the entire expense management process.
