Reach support for Declaree quickly
Ever needed help and weren’t sure who to ask? That’s now a thing of the past.
Users often don’t know who to contact when something goes wrong. They feel lost, and this causes delays and frustration for everyone.
New support contact flow
Users can now find their internal support contact directly in the Help menu, making it easier to know who to reach out to when assistance is needed. The support email address can also be copied in one tap for faster communication.
If your organisation hasn’t set a support contact yet, Declaree will automatically display up to three administrators as a fallback, so users are never left without guidance.
To support this improvement, the Help and User menus have also been refreshed with a cleaner layout, clearer structure, and new icons for a more intuitive experience.
For administrators in Declaree
For admins, a prompt will guide you through setting up your internal support contact by entering a name and email address (with an optional phone number).
This information can be updated at any time by going to 'Configuration' and select 'Profile'.
