MobileXpense partners with Barcelona-based TravelPerk to offer customers seamless integration for powerful travel and expense management.

We are very happy to announce our new integration partnership with TravelPerk to streamline travel booking and expense management within the MobileXpense solution.

Integrating TravelPerk’s travel booking services with MobileXpense’s expense management solution will allow users to book trips in TravelPerk and retrieve their booking costs directly in the MobileXpense application.

The Evolution of Business Travel

Business travel has been steadily shifting away from offline booking via travel agents to online bookings being made by the travelers themselves. Partnering with TravelPerk will simplify travel booking for MobileXpense customers and offer TravelPerk customers expense management solutions. Furthermore, business travelers will be able to see the total cost of their trips in MobileXpense in near real-time. This will rid them of the hassle of manually creating travel expenses while bringing cost visibility to companies, easing the reconciliation process.

This partnership will allow SMEs seeking best in class suppliers in the EMEA market to benefit from a seamless integration between their MobileXpense expense management software and TravelPerk’s travel management services.

A Strong Partnership

“It is my pleasure to announce that TravelPerk is now integrated with MobileXpense, allowing business travelers to retrieve their trip costs in near real-time within the application. TravelPerk are known for their strong traveler experience, and this partnership is in line with our own customer-centric approach,” said Robrecht Vander Haeghen, Chief Product Officer at MobileXpense.

“TravelPerk focuses on the best possible traveler experience and we are proud to be integrating with a best in class expense management system in a bid to streamline business travel expensing,” said Kelly Jewison, responsible for Product Partnerships at TravelPerk.

The integration is part of MobileXpense’s growing suite of integrations and partnerships with mobility providers, hotel providers, VAT recovery solutions and more. It is available now to all MobileXpense customers.
