Recticel has been growing its expertise in the PU foam business since 1952, becoming the European leader.

The company generates 1.07b€ in turnover per year with its diversified activities in 3 business lines: bedding, engineered foams and insulation.

Recticel is headquartered in Brussels and present in 21 countries, employing over 5.000 people in its 53 plants and offices.

Process automation and optimisation

MobileXpense is integrated with Recticel's ERP software as well as its corporate credit card providers, travel management company, online booking tool and other providers such as fuel cards, car rental agencies and mobile phone operators.

These integrations are crucial to automating travel and expense processes at Recticel and optimising them to reduce costs.

With MobileXpense, Recticel spends only 3.2€ processing an expense report, versus 5.3€ processing an invoice.

Excellent connectivity with data providers is key

The integration of MobileXpense with Recticel's ERP and different providers makes data easily available in the solution, allowing the group to manage spend more effectively. The group also believes that it is important for individuals and managers to control spend as much as possible, creating accountability.

With MobileXpense, we have achieved 1M€ in savings on a 9M€ travel spend. 25% is due to simplified administration, the rest is from spend management.

International complexity

The international nature of Recticel's operations created a high level of complexity. With different systems, currencies and partners in each country, they needed a partner who could integrate with them all and provide consolidated outputs at group level.
