Mobilexpense Plants 100 More Trees For Christmas

As yet another eventful year comes to an end, we wanted to acknowledge the people who have made it possible for us to continue providing quality expense management services: our customers, partners, and employees. Without them, Mobilexpense would not have been able to thrive as it has, and we are so thankful.

Despite the ups and downs of 2021, our hard work and determination to create the best expense management solution have allowed us to thrive.

This holiday season, we want to congratulate our employees for the work they have put into helping our customers. We also want to acknowledge our partners, and the growth they helped us achieve. And last but certainly not least, we want to thank our customers, without whom none of this would make sense.

This year again, our celebrations will take the shape of trees, planted with the help of Treedom. Each tree in our forest represents how single individuals can have a positive impact on their environment and how, together, their impact is multiplied.

Mobilexpense’s sustainability efforts

With this addition, Mobilexpense is contributing to the absorption of a total of 56,795kg of CO2.

As we pave our way to a greener future, these trees are but a reflection of our most recent efforts at an individual level. As part of our overall sustainability strategy, we focus first on reducing our carbon emissions as much as possible. In parallel, we are contributing financially to the Safe Water Access Project in the Nyagatare district in Rwanda through Tapio for our Scope 1 & 2 emissions as identified in our carbon report for our HQ in Brussels for a total of 60t of CO2.

Our next step will be to calculate our carbon footprint for the entire group as of 2021. Armed with this knowledge, we will keep working to reduce our footprint where possible and contribute to more carbon sequestration and capture projects for the irreducible emissions.
